No Place To Hide
I title this article “No Place To Hide”, because in this day and age it’s just a matter of fact that no matter where you are you are subject to crime and violence.
People with a few brains take the necessary precautions to take care of themselves and their families and, I guess, even their friends.
When I say precautions, it starts out with simply knowing where you are at all times and being aware of your surroundings.
At home, something as simple as security lights and locking your doors and windows is something all of us can do without too much effort and no real money. That is of course assumes that your house has doors and windows!
After you think that you have done all of the things necessary for basic security, you might want to step it up a notch and provide yourself with some personal protection.
When I say personal protection, I don’t mean a handgun or a rifle. When you get to these extremes, someone is probably going to die to be seriously injured and that someone just might be you.
Non lethal self protection weapons such as stun guns or even consider pepper spray or maybe even a taser,
Any one of these will act as a deterent and could just maybe save your life or the life of a loved one.
These self defense weapons don’t pose a lethal threat and they will get you out of trouble and on your way.
Think about it, the life you save may be your own.
