No adult is closer to the Halloween action than teachers. Educators build children’s creativity and help them define the possible. But even teachers need new ideas for decorating the classroom, bulletin boards and Halloween carnivals. Many schools also hold classroom or door decorating contests around the Fall holidays. A great resource for ideas can be found in the Halloween forum discussion boards. While it may not say Teacher’s Room, the ideas presented in these forums are a fantastic pool for teachers to dip from.
The cornerstone of any fun learning project is crafts. The forums are chocked full of Halloween crafts for adults as well as children. Many members of the forums also post pictures of the finished product so that a teacher can print it out to show the class what the end result should somewhat resemble. There are Martha Stewart worthy ideas down to the basic child’s activity, so pick and choose based on your child’s ability level. Many of the ideas are fall themed and would also work well in a Sunday School class. Snack ideas and recipes are also abundantly posted in the various rooms. Honestly, if there’s something you are looking for in the Halloween forum and you can’t find it, you simply post your own wanted topic. You’ll be surprised at the number of helpful people who can point you to what you want or need.
Schools these days often do “dress as your favorite book character” on Halloween. Teachers often fall into the trap of dressing the same old way year after year. This need not be the case. Ideas like this are freely traded and suggested on the Halloween forum boards. Additionally, great ideas are available that teachers can use for their bulletin boards and doors. Many classes host Halloween parties on the big day and ideas for this as well as party favors are abundant. In addition to the craft ideas available, songs, television highlights and fun games are available to take. If your school is having a carnival, you can post the details on the forums to increase local attendance.
After all the fun is over, you can post all the equipment that you didn’t use this year or you’re done with from last year for sale. Many newcomers will jump at the chance to take these items off of your hands.

There are many reasons why you might want to maintain contact after a breakup. One reason would be that you want to try to mend the relationship or you many want to just be able to remain friends with your ex. Either way, is it a good idea to keep contact after a break up?
It is usually recommended that you wait a while after the break up to contact your ex. How long should you wait? Well that depends. If your ex is the one who initiated the break, I would wait at least a month before attempting to contact them. If the break up was fairly recent, again, I would wait.
Just after a split, you will still be trying to cope with all the feelings you have. While your emotions are running high, it is likely that you will do or say things you will regret. So when dealing with relationship breakups, it’s best to give them a ‘cooling off’ period. I know this will be hard for you to do. You are used to having this person around every day and you may still have very strong feelings for them.
If you feel there were misunderstandings at the root of the break up, you could contact your ex either through email or by sending a letter to them. This way you can choose what to say without letting it become an emotionally charged yelling match. A heartfelt apology for the things you did wrong, or the wrong perceptions you had can go a long way towards saving a relationship. If you don’t hear back from your ex right away, that’s ok. They may need time to process what you have said. Let them have time to think. They will contact you when they are ready to talk to you.
It’s really hard when you are getting over a break up. Some days all you want is for things to be the way they used to be. It doesn’t help if your ex refuses to talk to you or is just angry and hateful. It is best to back off a bit and try to go on with your ‘normal’ life. If you do decide to contact ex after break up, make sure not to flood them with emails, phone calls or text messages. Just the one I mentioned before to either apologize or clear up any misunderstanding is enough. Wait at least two weeks to follow up and make sure they got your message.
Deciding the ‘right’ amount of contact after a break up isn’t always set in stone.
Using some common sense, being sincere and speaking honestly from your heart will go a long way towards saving a relationship.

The ease of fitting custom short suits is something that has to be experienced to be believed. Because when it comes to suits many men of short stature can attest that it is by far one of the most difficult things to do. Finding short suits is so tough that when you do find some in your size they are often very limited in styles. Next time you are at a Nordstroms or Macys take a quick look at the suits short section, what do you see? often they will have three or four suits and two or three sport coats. Thats it. If you are not a fan of what they have tough luck. Too many times guys that need short suits have had to make due with waht they could find. Since clothes are an extension of you, its hard to be confident when you are wearing suits that you had to make due with.

You can find the exact one you will need and then you finally will actually get the suit you really want.

Training is a necessary side of keeping and raising a dog. However, some folks resist their dogs’ training whether in the form of formal obedience classes or at home training because they consider it to be a member of the family. Although this may be a well-liked sentiment, you should realize that you are not doing your dog any favor by withholding it from coaching.
Quit in contrast to what many of us believe canine training isn’t about translating your pet into an obedient machine. It isn’t even about turning your dog into an entertainer where he can please everyone with certain gimmicks. Instead, it is about strengthening the relationship between the master and the dog. Also, canine obedience training helps teach your dog certain rules that are necessary for him to be in a suitable environment.
Irrespective of the size and breed of your dog, he needs coaching for sure. Regardless of the purpose for which you own a dog, you want to impart him suitable training. It is important for your dog to know how he is supposed to behave in different situations. Training helps your dog adapt to different environments and adjust to people comfortably.
A properly trained dog also makes your life more relaxed and happy. It does not tear down your furniture, eat your shoes or lick your dinner plates when you turn your back. Moreover, it does not jump over your guests, but rather after barking to alert you that somebody is at the door obeys your command to sit. Your trained dog regularly becomes a reason of pride, rather than being a source of continuing botheration.
Training your dog also allows him to fend for himself and offers adequate protection from any imminent danger. An untrained dog may not be recalled when he’s wandered off. Such wanderings always carry a potential for danger which may cause significant injuries or perhaps death to the dog. Therefore , coaching your dog will hinder him from taking off without your permission. And also permit you to guard and con troll his behavior in high stress eventualities.
A dog’s ability to grasp you the owner- also increases seriously after a training session. It learns how to provide you with the best company, truly earning the title of man’s best friend. By learning to behave in the manner you would like him to, the dog is not just adding to your satisfaction with him as a mate but also multiplying his own happiness.
It is right that training your dog may require investment in terms of time and time. But nevertheless, you need to give your dog correct training to make him a good canine citizen. And don’t worry ; your investment will bear results for sure.

Brian Epstein was the long-time manager of the Beatles. He started in this role on January 24,’62, but it was cut short by his untimely death on August 27,’67 (of a drug overdose). Although the Beatles were by far his most popular band, he did manage other acts…such as Gerry and the Pacemakers, Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas, the Remo Four, and Cilla Black.Paul McCartney once said, “If anyone was the Fifth Beatle, it was Brian”. Brian has been credited with much of the success of the Beatles, especially in the early years. In this article we will be exploring the impact that Brian Epstein had on the Beatles.Brian Samuel Epstein was born on September’,'34 in the port city of Liverpool, England. At the young age of 16 he expressed his desire to become a dress designer, but that didn’t sit well with his father. His father, mortified at this suggestion, ordered him to “report for duty” at the family’s furniture shop. This was certainly not Brian’s idea of a meaningful career, but he did comply with the demand.It was through the issues of the Mersey Beat, and the various posters around Liverpool, that Brian first heard of the Beatles. November 9,’61 was to prove to be an eventful day, as it was on this day that Brian first heard the Beatles play. It was at the Cavern Club in Liverpool, and he was immediately taken by their unique sound, and their on-stage humor. Things really started to develop from here, and on January 24,’62 Brian was signed to a 5-year management contract.This was the first time that Brian had managed an entertainment act. Nonetheless, he made his impact known early. He was responsible for their new dress code, and the attitude that they displayed while performing on stage. At Brian’s suggestion, the group started to wear suits. He stopped them from swearing, drinking, smoking, or eating onstage. It was also Brian who suggested the formality of the synchronized bow at the end of the performance.Brian made a lot of trips to London in the early years to try and secure a recording contract. This was to prove to be a tough sell, as the Beatles were refused by many record labels, such as Philips, Pye, Oriole, Decca, and Columbia. You may have heard of the infamous Decca audition…one which we will be writing about in a future article. With his options running out, Brian eventually worked his way over to EMI, and George Martin, the manager of the Parlophone label, signed the group without even seeing the Beatles play. He was to later say that it was Brian’s enthusiasm for the Beatles that eventually won the deal.As we mentioned previously, Brian died of a drug overdose on August 27,’67. The Beatles did not attend his funeral as they wanted to give his family privacy. They felt that they would only have drawn the media and fans. Here’s a bit of trivia… Years later, in 2008, the first contract that the Beatles signed with Brian was auctioned off for 240,000 pounds…
