There are many reasons you should choose us for your water coolers, and below i have given a few points as to why;
One call service. If you need to contact us for any reason you only need to make one phone call to either the office or myself and we will handle any queries you have personally so that you are not passed from department to department.We acknowledge notification of a breakdown by a fax or e-mail immediately and then attend to any breakdowns within 24 hours of a fault being reported.We have set procedures and risk assessments for all aspects of our service so you can also be assured of our quality. These are available on request.We can tailor our invoices to suit you. If required we can invoice monthly a consolidated invoice detailing each site or departments cost centre number.No complex contract. We are not here to catch customers out by binding them for several years with an automatic renewal contract. After the contract has ended all we ask for is one months written notice. The way we see it is that if we offer a competitive price and a good service then there is no reason why we would need to tie you into a long contract because you will want to continue with us. Beware of some companies offering lease deals. You have no guarantee of long term maintenance with this option yet you will still have to pay the rental to an external finance company.
